ADULT YOGIS 

Adult yogis can avail of a variety of class types, based on how you feel most comfortable to practise. We do not take ourselves too seriously, and enjoy a bit of craic as we move and learn together.

BEGIN FLOW
ADULT

​

These classes are perfect for those brand new to yoga or those who want a slow flow, with more detailed explanations and a longer warm up and cool down. 

Everybody is welcome, come as you are.
 

ONE FLOW
ADULT
 

The full works! This themed, hour long class is a holistic practice and is open to all levels and although some previous yoga experience is beneficial, plenty of modifications will be offered!

Designed to build strength, flexibility and encourage balance, this restorative vinyasa flow means we are floating out the door!

YING FLOW 
FEMALE ENERGY
 

‘Ying’ is Thai for female, and this class is open to all of those with female energy. These classes are great for beginners, or those curious to learn more about yoga. During this one hour class you can expect to move through a vinyasa flow practice taking the time to nourish, restore and empower your feminine self. A monthly theme is offered, to ground our practice, both on and off the mat.

SUNDAY RESET
ADULT

Take some time to restore yourself and reset for the week ahead. This slower paced, 90 minute Vinyasa flow class provides the luxury for a longer warm up, cool down and luscious Savasana to finish. No previous yoga experience required.

WOW FLOW
WEE ONES WELCOME

​

Acknowledging it’s not always easy for new parents to find time for themselves, this 45 minute vinyasa flow class welcomes babies who can be beside you as you flow through your vinyasa. (You do not have to show up with a baby to also enjoy this shorter flow practice!) Come meet other new parents and maybe even grab a delicious coffee downstairs before or after class!

We offer a range of children's classes from age 3-8yrs & pre-teen/teen classes from age 9 onwards. 

LITTLE CLASSES
 

MINI YOGIS
Age: 5-8yrs

Songbirds
 

Our songbird classes last for 45 minutes and have a different theme each month, grounded in the world around us.

Our time together focuses on storytelling, playful yoga poses and exploring the magical power of our breath.

These active little songbirds and sparrows are learning to use their voices to positively affirm their place in the world.

 

PRE-TEEN CLASSES 
 

PRE-TEEN YOGIS
Age: 9-12yrs

Thrive classes
 

Our thrive classes are tailored to anchor these unique yogis during a time of potential change and growth in their lives.

These hour long classes are designed around a monthly theme, and include a balance between playfulness, movement and meaningful connection to others and oneself.

They are fun, celebratory and offer practical tools to empower yogis to be their own best advocate as they move into their teenage years.

TEEN CLASSES
 

TEENAGE YOGIS
Age: 13-17yrs 

Nourish classes
 

Our themed reset classes offer a chance for teenagers to be playful, make new friends and unplug from our often pressurised environment, for a little while.

The focus of this hour long practice is to build self confidence, improve self esteem and provide practical tools for helping manage anxiety and stress.

Learning to move in a way that nourishes the physical body and helps build strength and flexibility is a beautiful, beneficial side effect of this practice!
